Late Cancellation Reminder
Our goal at CORE is to provide quality, individualized training sessions to assist our clients in achieving their health, fitness, and recovery goals. CORE currently has a waiting list for clients to get on the schedule. Please understand that when you forget, cancel, or change your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill the appointment, and clients on the waitlist miss the opportunity to receive services. As a courtesy, we will provide a text/email reminder 24 hours prior to all scheduled appointments*. We understand that emergencies occur, and ask that you provide 24 hours notice in the event that you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. *Clients are responsible for updating all contact information as necessary. |
AllCore360 Packages
Last month we announced the arrival of the AllCore360 to the gym, and this month we’re excited to announce that AllCore360 packages are now available for caregivers, family members, or any individuals outside of our activity-based training program that would like to add this workout to their weekly routine*. It’s recommended to use the AllCore360 for ten minutes three times per week, and these packages are perfectly designed for that recommendation. If you are looking to build up your core strength, talk to the front desk for more information or to get on the schedule.
Single session for $20

CORE C.H.A.M.P.s
This month’s C.H.A.M.P. is Courtney! Courtney has been creative her sessions, supportive to her teammates, and dedicated to her new project at CORE. As this month’s C.H.A.M.P., Courtney has selected Alison as our Client C.H.A.M.P.! Alison is a sweet soul, who is consistent with her training routine and crushes every goal that Courtney throws her way. She’s recently worked her way up to a 2.2mph walking pace for over two minutes at a time. We can’t wait to see how she continues to progress! Keep up the great work ladies! |
How Can You Support the CORE Foundation?
The CORE Foundation was founded in 2011 to provide needed financial support and education for individuals with spinal cord injury or other neurological conditions, providing them the opportunity to participate in much needed activity-based training sessions. In 2022, the scholarships supported over 3,000 hours of activity-based training for this challenged with paralysis. The CORE Foundation scholarship is funded by the generosity of individual donations, fundraisers, corporate sponsors, and philanthropic foundation grants. You can help the CORE Foundation by attending events, such as the Reindeer Run & Roll 5k, grabbing a snack at the Foundation Fuel Market, or donating directly to the CORE Foundation. |
