Utilizing the state of the art SwimEx Pool and our highly trained staff, CORE offers Aquatic Training in a private, temperature controlled wet room designed to allow clients to challenge their programs in a near weightless therapeutic environment. Often clients discover they can perform actives in water that would be impossible for them on land. This training, like cycling an FES bike, can provide patterned stimulation needed to promote the growth of neural cells. For our pediatric clients, we also offer swimming lessons with a certified swim instructor to improve their comfort and abilities in the water.
