Nov 8, 2023
Thank you to everyone that attended this year’s CORE Halloween Party! We had a great time and loved seeing everyone in costume.
We saw a lot of creativity this year, but Mark brought great laughs to the gym with his blond hair, Gator gear, and black joggers, dressed up as Malerie for his costume!
The mini pumpkins were a change up to our usual pumpkin patch and they were a huge hit. The Oscar the Grouch pumpkin swept the competition, completed by the one and only Dana!
We can’t wait to see what you all bring to the table next year!
CORE will be closed Friday, November 3rd through Sunday, November 5th for a team training event presented by ZebraFish Neuro. If your regular schedule is affected by this closure and you would like to reschedule your appointment, please contact the admin team for appointment availability.
Our annual Turkey Tuesday luncheon is November 21st at 1pm at CORE! Join the CORE Family for a potluck-style Thanksgiving celebration. CORE will provide a turkey and you sign up to bring your favorite Thanksgiving side or dessert. The sign up sheet will be available at the front desk. We hope to see you there!

We appreciate your consideration and the opportunity to provide appointments to those on our waiting list.
2023 is quickly coming to a close and that means it’s time for reassessments! Reassessments will take place November 15th through December 2nd. Let’s review the goals you set out to achieve this year and create some new ones. Please speak with your trainer if you have any questions.

How Can You Support the CORE Foundation?
The CORE Foundation was founded in 2011 to provide needed financial support and education for individuals with spinal cord injury or other neurological conditions, providing them the opportunity to participate in much needed activity-based training sessions. In 2022, CORE Foundation scholarships supported over 3,000 hours of activity-based training for those challenged with paralysis.
The CORE Foundation Scholarship is funded by the generosity of individual donations, fundraisers, corporate sponsors, and philanthropic foundation grants. You can help the CORE Foundation by attending events, such as the Reindeer Run & Roll 5k, grabbing a snack at the Foundation Fuel Market, or donating directly to the CORE Foundation.
