CORE C.H.A.M.P.s
This month’s employee C.H.A.M.P. is Kylie! Kylie has been a great help in the gym and helped out even more while we were between internship semesters.
As this month’s C.H.A.M.P., Kylie has selected Sarah S. as our CORE Client C.H.A.M.P.! Sarah is consistent with her training, always making it to her workout ready to go. She is a social butterfly and contributes greatly to the CORE culture by attending events like the Murder Mystery Dinner and Oceans of Hope.
2023 Abilities Expo
CORE will be attending the 2023 Abilities Expo, October 13th-15th in Ft. Lauderdale. Check out the event for the latest equipment and technology, resources, adaptive sports, and informational workshops. The event is free, so what are you waiting for?
How Can You Support the CORE Foundation?
The CORE Foundation was founded in 2011 to provide needed financial support and education for individuals with spinal cord injury or other neurological conditions, providing them the opportunity to participate in much needed activity-based training sessions. In 2022, CORE Foundation scholarships supported over 3,000 hours of activity-based training for those challenged with paralysis. The CORE Foundation Scholarship is funded by the generosity of individual donations, fundraisers, corporate sponsors, and philanthropic foundation grants. You can help the CORE Foundation by attending events, such as the Reindeer Run & Roll 5k, grabbing a snack at the Foundation Fuel Market, or donating directly to the CORE Foundation. |
