Halloween at CORE
It’s the spookiest time of the year and we are ready to celebrate! The wonderful owners of CORE, Matt & Melodie, are hosting a Halloween Party on Saturday, October 28th from 7pm to 11pm and you are all invited. Join the team as we dress up and enjoy food, drinks, and Halloween festivities.
As always at CORE, we’ll have our annual pumpkin decorating contest and costume contest on Halloween at CORE.
Please see the front desk for Halloween Party details or to RSVP.
We’re just one month away from Rowvember! Teams will be announced at the end of October. Get ready to row your heart out and earn your team’s place on the Rowvember trophy.
Have You Heard About CORE Nourish?
If you haven’t heard already, we launched our nutritional guidance program last month! Learn more about how nutrition can make an impact on your life by scheduling your initial consultation or talk with one of our Nutrition Coaches for more information.
The holiday season is just around the corner! Please let the admin team know if you have plans to miss your regular sessions around Thanksgiving or any of the December holidays. Email Kaity ([email protected]), stop by the front desk, or give us a call with any dates you plan on being out of your regular CORE routine. We appreciate your consideration and the opportunity to provide appointments to those on our waiting list.
CORE will be closed Friday, November 3rd through Saturday, November 4th for a training seminar presented by Zebrafish Neuro. If you would like to reschedule your regular Friday or Saturday appointment to a different day, please speak with the front desk for availability.
2023 Reindeer Run & Roll 5k
This month’s employee C.H.A.M.P. is Dylan! Dylan always brings great energy to his training sessions and goes above and beyond for his clients in any way he can.
As this month’s C.H.A.M.P., Dylan has selected Geneva! Geneva is a true inspiration, from her hard work in the gym to her disability advocacy outside of it. She encourages everyone around her to be their very best, does whatever it takes to reach her goals, and truly embodies the “Moving Beyond Paralysis” mindset. Most recently, Geneva was able to travel with her family on an Alaskan cruise.

How Can You Support the CORE Foundation?
The CORE Foundation was founded in 2011 to provide needed financial support and education for individuals with spinal cord injury or other neurological conditions, providing them the opportunity to participate in much needed activity-based training sessions. In 2022, CORE Foundation scholarships supported over 3,000 hours of activity-based training for those challenged with paralysis.
The CORE Foundation Scholarship is funded by the generosity of individual donations, fundraisers, corporate sponsors, and philanthropic foundation grants. You can help the CORE Foundation by attending events, such as the Reindeer Run & Roll 5k, grabbing a snack at the Foundation Fuel Market, or donating directly to the CORE Foundation.
