Spirit Week
CORE is celebrating 12 years of Moving Beyond Paralysis™ in style August 7th – 12th! As always, we’ll have themed dress up days all week long and this year we’re introducing the Wheel of Payback. Support the CORE Foundation and spin the Wheel to embarrass the trainer of your choice, or even the whole team all at once (admin included) with whatever silly task you land on. Show us your CORE Spirit all week long! |

CORE C.H.A.M.P.s
This month’s employee C.H.A.M.P. is Luke! Luke always comes up with such creative games and activities when training kids and always keeps them engaged in their sessions. He’s also a helping hand whenever needed and a real team player.
As this month’s C.H.A.M.P., Luke has selected Andy as our CORE Client C.H.A.M.P.! Andy always comes in with a great attitude and willingness to try anything. He’s not only made great gains in the gym, but outside of the gym has gotten back into fishing and is even trying out for pickle ball.
Keep up the hard work!
How Can You Support the CORE Foundation?
The CORE Foundation was founded in 2011 to provide needed financial support and education for individuals with spinal cord injury or other neurological conditions, providing them the opportunity to participate in much needed activity-based training sessions. In 2022, CORE Foundation scholarships supported over 3,000 hours of activity-based training for those challenged with paralysis. The CORE Foundation Scholarship is funded by the generosity of individual donations, fundraisers, corporate sponsors, and philanthropic foundation grants. You can help the CORE Foundation by attending events, such as the Reindeer Run & Roll 5k, grabbing a snack at the Foundation Fuel Market, or donating directly to the CORE Foundation. |
