CORE’s Strongest Client Competition

Let’s put those legs to work! Functional Electrical Stimulation (FES) on the RT300 Leg Cycle assists our clients in Moving Beyond Paralysis™ by increasing muscular strength and endurance (among plenty of other benefits). Are you utilizing this state-of-the-art technology to reach your highest potential? It’s time to find out! And what better way than to add in a little friendly competition to determine CORE’s Strongest Client. Are you strong enough?

Survival of the FITest

This year CORE will be hosting its first ever adaptive CrossFit games, Survival of the FITest! Both adaptive and able-bodied athletes will compete in three exercise challenges to see who can come out on top. Registration is open to all Fit members through October 16th. Halloween High Jinks

The spookiest time of the year has arrived! You can bet there will be plenty of fang-tastic activities throughout the week of Halloween (including the annual pumpkin decorating competition), and as always, we’ll have our candy guessing game and costume contest. Come to CORE dressed to impress (and win) on Friday, October 30th.

Fall temperatures are (hopefully) headed our way, and so is a new CORE hoodie design! Preorder yours for $35 at the front desk, or by emailing Kaity ([email protected]) by Friday, October 9th at 3pm.

Sports are finally back! Show your team spirit by wearing your teams colors, logo, or jersey every Friday.

Indego Clinic Recap

CORE strives to provide our Central Florida paralysis community with the opportunity to reach their highest exercise and recovery potential. No goal is too high, no obstacle is too hard. Technology in the field of neurorehabilitation continues to evolve, and we are committed to providing you with new opportunities to continue Moving Beyond Paralysis™. Our first official Indego Clinic day was a success! Here’s what a few of the participants had to say:
