CORE C.H.A.M.P.s

This month’s CORE C.H.A.M.P. is Courtney! Courtney lead an amazing cooking class for our clients and received some lovely compliments on her training sessions.

As this month’s C.H.A.M.P., Courtney has selected Bacary S. as our Client C.H.A.M.P.! Bacary pushes himself until exhaustion every hour he’s here and is always a positive light in the gym. He motivates the people around him and other clients look forward to his “hard work, work.”
