30 for 30

May brings a new fitness challenge for everyone at CORE! If you signed up for the 30 for 30 challenge, then it’s time to make a lasting change and focus on you. Hold yourself accountable this month by staying active and completing each day on your workout calendar. For every day you miss, you’ll add $1 (or the pledge of your choice) to your Accountability Envelope and all proceeds will benefit the CORE Foundation. As a bonus, everyone that completes all 30 workouts will be entered into the grand prize raffle.

Do you have what it takes to go for 30 days?

CORE C.H.A.M.P.

This month we would like to recognize Sergio as the CORE C.H.A.M.P.! Sergio has been a great example of a team player by going the extra mile to assist clients and helping out outside of his regular area of work.

As May’s C.H.A.M.P., Sergio has selected Parker to be the client C.H.A.M.P.! Parker is always driven to work hard and improve himself both in and out of the gym. He’s impressed us all with his motivation during his workouts while working toward his Master’s degree.

Keep up the great work guys!

Welcome to the team!

We’d like to welcome Brandon to the CORE team as our newest exercise assistant! You may recognize his from his time as intern during the spring, and now you’ll be seeing a lot more of him during your training sessions.

Oceans of Hope

Are you looking to try something new? The Oceans of Hope adaptive surfing event is back in New Smyrna with their first event on May 14th! Catch some waves and soak up the sun to start off the summer.
