CORE Night at the Solar Bears Game

Thank you to everyone that came out to the Solar Bears game! We had a fantastic time in our fancy suite and are already looking forward to the next CORE Night with you.

Exercise Can Be Fun!

We’ve added some new equipment around the gym to help spice up your workouts.

  • REAL VR System – CORE is trialing a virtual reality system that supports upper body strengthening, range of motion, and postural control through rehab focused games and activities.
  • Blazepods – A set of small light pods that help with agility and coordination and add some fun to your workout.
  • Monkeyfoot – A boot made to hold a dumbbell with the foot to help with lower body strengthening.

Ask your trainer how you can incorporate some of the new equipment into your routine.

Spring Break

Spring break is just a few weeks away! If you have vacation plans and won’t be in for your regular appointments, please let the admin team know. Our schedule is filling up fast and we appreciate advanced notice so we can accommodate other clients’ schedule requests.

March C.H.A.M.P.s

This month the team selected Dana as the CORE C.H.A.M.P. for her work in creating a partnership to help support CORE and reach a broader audience. Thank you for all that you do, Dana!

As this month’s C.H.A.M.P., Dana has selected Ludovic F. as the client C.H.A.M.P. She had this to say about this month’s winner:

“I nominated Lu for March Client C.H.A.M.P. because he has shown so much commitment to his recovery program and constantly impresses me with his drive to push for more. The training team loves working with him because he’s always up for any challenge and has such a good heart. Lu has a quiet demeanor, but his smile always brightens the gym up. Keep shining, Lu! “Ms. Dana” and the rest of the CORE Team are BIG fans!”

Congratulations Lu!
