66 Hard CORE Challenge
January always starts off with New Year’s resolutions, and in 2022 we’re going to help you turn those resolutions into healthy habits that last with the 66 Hard CORE Challenge.
This challenge is based on scientific research that says it takes 66 days to create a new habit. CORE has come up with 5 daily habits for clients to hold themselves accountable outside of the gym to establish a physically and mentally healthier lifestyle in 2022!
Please see the admin team to sign up and get your 66 Hard CORE Challenge packet. The challenge begins January 31st.
Welcome Back Austin & Lexi
You may remember Austin, an exercise assistant, and Lexi, a neuro-exercise specialist, and we are happy to announce that they are both back in the gym, ready to help you reach your goals!
