Welcome Spring Interns!
Please join us in welcoming the Spring 2026 Internship Class – Alexa, Beth, Brianna, Deacon, Destiny, Lauryn, Leatta, and Zion into the gym. They are eager to learn and gain hand-on experience in Activity-Based Training.
CORE Night: Orlando Solar Bears
We had an amazing time watching the Orlando Solar Bears take on the Iowa Heartlanders from the Hospitality Suite! If you missed out on the first CORE Night, you’ll definitely want to be on the lookout for the next one.
And for even more fun, we’re planning some CORE Meet Ups for 2026. Enjoy some casual nights and fun activities with the CORE Community.

CORE C.H.A.M.P.s
Each month the CORE team nominates fellow team members they feel have gone above and beyond to be the CORE C.H.A.M.P. This month Dana was selected as C.H.A.M.P.! Dana consistently gives her all, whether it’s planning fun events for everyone or checking in on clients.
As this month’s C.H.A.M.P., Dana has selected Hayden Y. as our Client C.H.A.M.P.! Hayden has been a consistent king with his workouts and outside therapies and it really shows with how far he has come with his recovery & independence. He can now get himself up from the floor and is also squatting 135 lbs. Hayden always comes to CORE with a smile and a hello for everyone and demonstrates true CHAMP mentality by never backing down from any challenge the team throws his way!
