New Year, New Fit

Starting in March the CORE Fit program will expand to include new class levels, new coaches, and new equipment!

If you don’t already know about CORE Fit, its a high-intensity group fitness class designed for individuals with neurological conditions. Previously, CORE Fit was specifically for para-athletes, but beginning in March CORE will offer Fit Foundations (for quad athletes) and Fit + (for ambulatory athletes with neurological conditions) in addition to Fit.

Fit classes aren’t the only thing offered when you sign up. Fit athletes also have open gym access and use of the RT300 FES leg cycle*.  And as a bonus you can try your first class for FREE!

See a Fit coach for more information.

*Open gym access includes Gym 1 and Gym 2 equipment available when private training sessions are not using equipment and classes are not occurring. FES electrode pad purchase is separate from monthly program rate.

66 Hard CORE Challenge

The 66 Hard CORE Challenge begins January 31st,  but it’s never too late to get working on your health and wellness. All you have to do is commit to yourself for 66 days to create healthy habits and become the best you. Ask your trainer for more information, or stop by the desk to grab a packet and sign up.

Mark

February C.H.A.M.P.s

Congratulations Mark for being selected as this month’s CORE C.H.A.M.P.! Mark went above and beyond his role as an exercise assistant by stepping up to train a client when their trainer was out. We appreciate your dedication to the clients!

As this month’s C.H.A.M.P., Mark has selected Phil W. as our client C.H.A.M.P.! Phil always comes to the gym and gives his best effort and never backs down from a challenge. He starts every training session with a smile on his face, a positive attitude, and the drive to work as hard as he can. Congratulations Phil!
