New Year, Same Focus

The New Year brings NEW training tools into the gym! CORE’s commitment to ensuring our program stays fresh and innovative to push the boundaries in NEW ways never ends. As we head into 2026, please look forward to NEW activity-based training session enhancements that challenge your trunk stability, fine motor skills, and hand strength (complement the Onward ARC EX device), strength training, functional training, and balance. Now let’s get after those goals you all set in 2026!

Grateful for Our Community

We are incredibly grateful to our clients for the many thoughtful ways you showed appreciation for our team this holiday season. From delicious, sweet, and savory treats to generously providing lunch, your kindness truly made our days brighter. These gestures mean more than you know and remind us how fortunate we are to work with such a supportive and caring community. Thank you for making the season extra special for our team!

Thank you to everyone who has supported or shared CORE’s Moving Beyond Paralysis Together Campaign. Because of you, we’re proud to introduce Names That Move Us—a meaningful way to leave a lasting mark on the Center of Recovery & Exercise while supporting the CORE Foundation.

Each engraved brick tells a story. It may honor a loved one’s courage, celebrate a milestone, remember someone special, or simply reflect a belief in our mission. As you walk through the CORE Courtyard—a peaceful outdoor space designed for clients and caregivers to rest, connect, and reflect—you won’t just see bricks. You’ll see a community united by strength, perseverance, and hope.

Your contribution directly supports the Moving Beyond Paralysis Together Campaign, helping fund programs and opportunities that empower individuals with spinal cord injuries and neurological conditions to reclaim independence and renewed purpose.

This is your chance to become part of the CORE Foundation—literally and figuratively. Brick by brick, we are building a legacy of resilience.
