Moving Beyond Paralysis Together
Thank you to everyone who has supported or shared CORE’s Moving Beyond Paralysis Together Campaign! We’re excited to introduce Names That Move Us — a meaningful way to leave a lasting mark on the Center of Recovery & Exercise while supporting the CORE Foundation.
Each brick tells a story. It might honor a loved one’s courage, celebrate a personal milestone, remember someone special, or simply represent your belief in our mission. When you walk through the CORE Courtyard — a peaceful outdoor space where clients and caregivers can rest, connect, and reflect — these engraved messages become more than bricks. They become a testament to a community united in strength, perseverance, and hope.
Your contribution directly supports the Moving Beyond Paralysis Together Campaign, fueling programs and opportunities that help individuals with spinal cord injuries and neurological conditions reclaim hope and independence.

Central Florida Gator Club: Patric Young & the CORE Foundation
Central Florida Gator Club: Patric Young & the CORE Foundation Join us for a special Gator Talk & Watch Party on Giving Tuesday, December 2nd in collaboration with the CORE Foundation and the Patric Young Foundation! We’ll kick things off at 6:00 PM, with a Gator Talk led by Patric Young at 6:15 PM, followed by tip-off at 7:30 PM as the reigning National Championship Gator Men’s Basketball team take on Duke at the historic Cameron Indoor Stadium. |

5th Annual Reindeer Run & Roll 5k
The 5th Annual Reindeer Run is Saturday, December 6th! Join us as we walk, run, and roll to support CORE’s Moving Beyond Paralysis Together Endowment Campaign for the CORE Foundation. You won’t want to miss out on all the fun before and after everyone crosses the finish line.
And don’t forget to enter our raffles for the Holiday Baking Bundle (including a brand new KitchenAid Stand Mixer) and the grand prize two night stay at a lovely cabin in Blue Ridge, GA!

CORE C.H.A.M.P.s
This month’s CORE C.H.A.M.P. is Rylie! Rylie always shows up for others in anyway she can, whether it be her clients, her classes or her teammates. You can always count on Rylie for a helping hand! As this month’s C.H.A.M.P., Rylie has selected Diego R. Diego always wants to do the hardest tasks his trainers give, asks questions to learn how he can keep improving outside of the gym, and has been a real team player for Rowvember. Recently, Diego’s chair-to-table transfers have shown significant improvements. Keep up the great work! |
