CORE is turning 14 on August 11, 2025! Join us in Altamonte Springs for Spirit Week and help us celebrate 14 incredible years of activity-based training and paralysis recovery. Dress for each themed day to show your CORE spirit — and find out who will win Most Spirited Client and Team Member!

Spirit Week Finale: Art & Apps Night – August 15

 We’re closing out Spirit Week with a fun and creative event — Art & Apps Night!

  • When: Friday, August 15, 2025

  • Where: CORE, 1191 Commerce Park Dr, Altamonte Springs, FL

  • Details: Paint a beautiful sunset scene with a guest artist (all supplies provided) and enjoy a gourmet twist on charcuterie.

  • Cost: $30/person — includes regular & adult beverages.

Meet our new Neuro-Exercise Specialists! 

Ashley may be a familiar face as she was part of our Summer 2025 Internship Class! Ashley graduated from University of Central Florida with a Bachelors in Kinesiology and quickly found her passion in the field of activity based training. 

Hailey is originally from Oklahoma where she graduated with her Bachelors in Applied Exercise Science with a focus on Strength and Conditioning from Oklahoma State University. Hailey instantly connected with our team and clients and is ready to make a big impact in the paralysis community. 

We are thrilled to have them both join our incredible team of Neuro-Exercise Specialists.

Late Cancellations

We’ve had an update to our Late Cancellation Policy to help accommodate as many of our clients on our waiting list as we can. If you have a Monday appointment, please be sure to call, text, or email us before 5pm on the Friday prior to your appointment to ensure our admin team receives the message before the weekend. Any Monday appointments cancelled after that time are subject to late cancellation fees. Thank you for your consideration.

Kids Camp

This summer, we hosted the first-ever one-day CORE Kids Camp! The kiddos had a fantastic time competing in an obstacle course, scavenger hunt, and show and tell, as well as making their very own tie dye CORE shirts. We can’t wait to do it again next summer!

CORE C.H.A.M.P.s

This month’s CORE C.H.A.M.P. is Dylan! Dylan always shows great attention to detail and creativity for all of his clients, does a great job keeping the gym in a good mood, and always steps in to help out trainers with clients when they ask or need help.

As this month’s C.H.A.M.P., Dylan has selected Jacen! Jacen recently completed an intensive training program and put in so much hard work the entire time. He also competed in CORE’s first ever Kid’s Camp and killed it!
