Fully Wheelchair Accessible Rental House Now Available for Visiting CORE Clients

CORE is excited to announce the opening of the “Stanley House,” a fully renovated wheelchair accessible home that is available to all out of town CORE clients for rental. This beautiful, three bedroom home in a quiet, park community within a 7 minute drive to CORE will allow visiting clients to feel even more at home during their Intensive Program visits. The home also has easy access to I-4, as well as area shopping and dining options.

Upon arrival at the Stanley House, visitors will be happy to find a large driveway and double car garage with ample room for a wheelchair lift to be let out and direct access to the home. The front door is step free and uses a keyless entry system.

Once inside, the home offers wide open spaces with hard surface floors that make rolling around a breeze. The living room has a leather sofa with end recliners on each side to make transferring out of the chair to relax and watch the large flat screen with family even more comfortable. The large master bedroom with an adjustable, plush king-size bed is fully accessible with an adjoining master bath with zero-entry shower and roll under sink that will make getting ready for your CORE sessions easier than ever! Alongside the kitchen and dining room with a wheelchair height dining table is a sunny “Florida Room,” where clients can soak up all of the Vitamin D Florida has to offer while remaining in a temperature controlled environment. However, if you want even more sunshine, head out on the large wooden deck to really feel the rays on your face!

The Stanley House also offers two additional bedrooms (one queen, one with two queens) and a second bathroom for caregivers or visiting guests. The home is stocked with most of the conveniences out of town guests would require and is waiting to welcome you and your family!
