Welcome Summer Techs
The summer techs are starting the semester off strong! Be sure to introduce yourself and welcome them into the gym.
Reassessments We’re already halfway through 2022 and you know what that means. It’s time for reassessments. Your trainers will be working on your assessments through June to see how far you’ve come over the last six months. Come to your reassessment session prepared to show us what all you’ve accomplished and discuss any new goals you may have with your trainer. |

This month’s CORE C.H.A.M.P. is Dylan! Dylan has been a great example to the team in the dedication he shows to his clients and receiving recognition from his clients for his creativity. Not to mention he organized Mustache May for the team and our clients.
Oceans of Hope Adaptive Surfing Event It’s been a long time, but we’re happy to announce that adaptive surfing with Oceans of Hope is back.
