New Year, New Goals

Together we set your new goals for the next six months, and now it’s time for you to achieve them! Your training team is here to keep you motivated and moving, but outside of the gym it’s just as important to stay active and maintain a positive mindset. Make your nutrition a priority and keep your goals in sight. Don’t worry, we’ll be here to remind you just in case you get off track. Your journey toward achieving your exercise and recovery goals isn’t a sprint, it’s a marathon. Celebrate the small milestones and get ready to ring the CORE Victory Bell in 2023. Cheers to a healthy and goal-conquering new year.

Happy New Year, let’s make it a good one!

2022 Reindeer Run & Roll 5k

The 2022 Reindeer Run & Roll 5k was a great way to wrap up the year! Thank you to everyone that attended and helped us raise nearly $14,000 for the CORE Foundation. We couldn’t have done it without you and we can’t wait to see you all there again next year!

New Equipment

The training team made the nice list this year, so Santa brought them some items from their wishlist. Look out for some new equipment that we can use to challenge you in your CORE workouts. Let’s get to work!

Welcome to the Team

We’ve officially added two of our Fall Techs to the CORE team. Please welcome Morgan, our newest Neuro-Exercise Assistant, and Brie, our new receptionist! We’ve also welcomed Austin back to the gym as a Neuro-Exercise Specialist!

New Merch

We’ll have some new shirt designs available January 1st in the CORE Store to kick off the new year. Check them out and bring some fresh looks to your workouts. You’ll notice the CORE team in some new gear on Wednesdays beginning in January.

Rowvember Champions: Team Matt & Sergio

We saw some serious commitment in the 2022 Rowvember Challenge, and Team Matt & Sergio swept the competition with a team total of 412,063 meters. The overall top rower from the CORE team was Sergio with 159,361 meters and the overall top client rower was Dalkin (Team Annie & Dylan) with 92,362 meters.

What would a competition be without a trophy? We’ve added the Rowvember Championship Oar to the gym and each year we’ll update it with the winning team’s name and display it proudly for all to see. Which team will be added to the trophy in 2023?
