Bringing Holiday Cheer Throughout December

The holiday season is one of the most merry times of the year, and it’s no exception at CORE! We’ve got plenty of activities planned throughout December, including an exercise Advent calendar, an ugly sweater contest, and the Christmas candy guessing game. 

Join the team in spreading holiday cheer by wearing your favorite holiday themed shirt on Wednesdays and holiday themed socks on Fridays.

While we’re on the topic of holidays, CORE will be closing at 2pm on Thursday, December 24th, and will be closed Friday, December 25th and Saturday, December 26th.
 
Holiday Appointment Confirmations
 
Availability for appointments during the week of Christmas and the week of New Year’s Day will be limited due to the holidays. As many may have family in town or last minute holiday preparations to take care of, we ask that you please confirm your regularly scheduled appointments during these times. This will allow us to accommodate the needs of as many clients as we can. Thank you in advance!

Reassessment Week

It’s that time of year again! Reassessment week is November 30th-December 5th. Won’t be here during that time? Don’t worry, your trainers will make sure to get your reassessments done as soon as possible. Let’s see how far you’ve come in 2020!
