Get your costumes ready for our daily costume contests and join us for a night of trivia, pizza, and ice cream.

8/9: Astronauts and Aliens – Take your pick and blast off to CORE World in your best galaxy gear.

8/10: Dapper Day – Get out of those gym clothes and show off your favorite dapper duds.

8/11: CORE Spirit/C Day – Show us your CORE spirit by decking yourself out in black and blue OR dress as anything that starts with the letter C, like a cookie or a cat.

8/12: Favorite Food Friday – Dress as your favorite food or bring your favorite food in to share with all your CORE friends.

8/13: Sleep Saturday – Wear your PJs to your Saturday session.

Oceans of Hope

We had a great time in New Smyrna Beach at the Oceans of Hope Adaptive Surfing Day! Thanks to everyone that got out there to catch some waves and try something new, and to all of the volunteers.

Couldn’t make it to the most recent event? Don’t worry, there’s still another chance to try it out on August 20th! Check out Oceans of Hope’s website for more details.

Survival of the FITest

CORE FIT hosted the Survival of the FITest competition in mid-July, and the CORE FIT athletes put themselves to the test in three trials of strength, endurance, and speed at the Spectrum Performance and Physical Therapy gym. Each and every one of them pushed themselves to be their very best, but only one man and woman could be the champions. Congratulations to this year’s top competitors!

It may seem early, but we are excited to announce that registration is open for the 2nd Annual Reindeer Run & Roll 5k!
