Survival of the Fittest

Get ready for an exciting May with Survival of the FITTEST 2025! Join us on Sunday, May 4th at Lake Mary Performance & Therapy for a fun and challenging adaptive fitness competition open to all ability levels. Whether you have a disability and want to compete, cheer on participants, or volunteer, we’d love for you to be part of the action!

This is a fantastic opportunity to be challenged, enjoy some friendly competition, and connect with the community. Grab a friend and sign up!

We also have individual and corporate sponsorship opportunities available for Survival of the FITTEST. All proceeds directly support our incredible athletes and benefit the CORE Foundation, a local 501(c)3 organization dedicated to empowering lives through fitness.

Want to learn more or register for Survival of the FITTEST? Email [email protected] or visit the front desk at CORE!

CORE C.H.A.M.P.s

We’re thrilled to recognize Lauryn as this month’s CORE C.H.A.M.P.! Lauryn’s dedication to helping out around the gym, her hard work with CORE Nourish, and the positive feedback she’s received from clients make her a true asset to our community.

Lauryn has chosen Kyle E. as our Client C.H.A.M.P.! Kyle’s commitment to his training is inspiring, and his recent achievement of backwards crawling with minimal assistance is a testament to his hard work. Congratulations to both Lauryn and Kyle!
