Easter Eggtacular

Get ready for an eggtacular day at CORE on Friday, April 15th to celebrate Easter with the CORE team in the gym!

Walk for Parkinson’s

Rock Steady Boxing (RSB) Orland at CORE will be participating in the Walk for Parkinson’s event at Crane’s Roost Park on Saturday, April 2nd. Join the RSB Orlando team or just stop by at the event to show your support. Our RSB Program Director and Head Coach, Coach Ice, will be leading the walkers in the warm up, and you can find some of the team and coaches in the Activity Area showing our community how RSB Orlando helps individuals fighting back against Parkinson’s stay active and keep moving!

Luck of the Irish Winner 

Congratulations to our Luck of the Irish social media challenge winner, Siobhan! Siobhan completed the workout, shared it to social media and tagged @coreflorida, and for her effort she is the winner of a special edition St. Patrick’s Day CORE t-shirt!

FIT Program Classes

In March we launched our new FIT classes and we had a great turn out for our new FIT + and FIT Foundations classes. If you haven’t tried a class yet, but your are interested, your first class is FREE! 

And don’t forget, signing up for FIT gives you much more than access to classes! You also get unlimited use of the RT300 FES leg cycle and open gym access. Why is FES so important to your recovery? Talk to your trainer or one of our five FIT coaches to find out more info.

Farewell Spring Techs

At the end of April we’ll be saying so long to our Spring Techs. They’ve been a wonderful addition to the gym, so be sure to thank them for all of their assistance over the last few months before they’re gone.

He’s been a part of your training sessions over the past year and now he’s jumping into the captain’s seat! Congratulations to our Exercise Assistant, Mark, on becoming the newest Neuro-Exercise Specialist at CORE!

CORE C.H.A.M.P.s

Congratulations to Austin, this month’s CORE C.H.A.M.P.! Austin showed some exemplary teamwork recently, and for that he has been selected as this month’s C.H.A.M.P.! 

As this month’s C.H.A.M.P., Austin has selected Rob as April‘s client C.H.A.M.P.! Rob is always motivated to get the most out of his work out and push himself to do more. He accepts any challenge his trainers throw at him. Keep up the great work guys!

Adaptive Kayaking with Oceans of Hope
