CORE Holiday Party

A party you don’t want to miss! The annual CORE Holiday Party, hosted by the lovely owners of CORE, Matt & Melodie, is Saturday, December 10th at 6pm. Join us for a wonderful opportunity for clients, family members, and the CORE team to get together outside the gym to celebrate the holiday season with food, drinks, and some jolly entertainment. The last day to RSVP is this Friday, December 2nd! Please RSVP to Kaity ([email protected]) or Dana ([email protected]) at the front desk or via email. Party address will be provided on RSVP.

Reindeer Run & Roll 5k

The countdown is on! There are just 16 days left until the Reindeer Run & Roll 5k! After you walk, run, or roll your way through the 5k, we’ll have food, drinks, and a raffle at the finish line. Registration is still open, so there’s no reason to miss out on this exciting event benefiting the CORE Foundation and it’s mission to provide needed financial support and education for individuals with spinal cord injuries and other neurological conditions to participate in an activity-based recovery program.

Farewell Fall 2022 Interns

The fall internship comes to an end on December 10th. We had a great group this semester and are so appreciative of their hard work in the gym.

Holiday Cheer in December

The holidays are a magical time at CORE. Join the team in spreading holiday cheer every Wednesday by showing off your ugliest sweater or your favorite Christmas themed t-shirt. We want to see just how much holiday spirit you’ve got!

CORE C.H.A.M.P.s

This month we have selected Reuben as our CORE C.H.A.M.P.! Reuben has shown an incredible drive to learn and grow in his role as a Neuro-Exercise Specialist, and has put tons of effort and creativity into training sessions for his clients.

As this month’s C.H.A.M.P., Reuben has selected Alex as the Client C.H.A.M.P.! Alex has had an increased eagerness to workout and give his all during training session. He’s improved his AlterG training by taking bigger steps and traveling farther distances. He’s also lost weight and gotten much closer to his goal weight. Keep up the great work Reuben and Alex!
