30 for 30 May brings a new fitness challenge for everyone at CORE! If you signed up for the 30 for 30 challenge, then it’s time to make a lasting change and focus on you. Hold yourself accountable this month by staying active and completing each day on your workout calendar. For every day you miss, you’ll add $1 (or the pledge of your choice) to your Accountability Envelope and all proceeds will benefit the CORE Foundation. As a bonus, everyone that completes all 30 workouts will be entered into the grand prize raffle. Do you have what it takes to go for 30 days? |
