It’s the Little Things January at CORE was all about goal setting, and we had a Success Wall full of accomplishments to round out the month! We’d like to give a shout out to a few of those that made the wall this month: David L. for walking 536ft without stopping, Maria H. for walking 18 minutes straight, and Dana G. for completing 2 miles her first time Trail Training. Keep hitting those little milestones to help yourself stay motivated! |

Southern Sprints
The Southern Sprints rowing competition will look a little different this year, taking place as a virtual competition. Either way the CORE FIT team will be participating in the February 13th competition, rowing their hardest to hold onto the first place trophy! Wish them luck the next time you see them!
